STANDARD CLUB

This was a magnificent Chicago wedding held at the city’s famous Standard Club.

The bride, Bryce, and her handsome beau, Evan, were looking for  a combination of TIMELESS ELEGANCE and

OVER THE TOP JAW DROPPING FUN, which is what THE BYO is  known for! We spent several hours at my home fine tuning their  play list.

On the day of this fabulous Chicago wedding, as I arrived, I was amazed at the beautiful flowers and décor being set up.

The ceremony was exquisite, with our sophisticated quartet of piano, violin, flute, and cello providing a

gorgeous mix of standards, classical favorites, and pop and love songs. The ceremony was done in the round on

the 3rd floor of the club, with spectacular flowers by RONSLEY.  The bride looked absolutely dazzling as she came down the aisle.

Cocktails  were served on the 2nd floor, in the library, with the Bradley Young Jazz Quartet providing lively mingle music

by artists like Frank Sinatra,  Harry Connick, and Micheal Buble.  I could feel the energy building as guests bopped around enjoying

delicious hors de ouvres and their favorite cocktails!

The Bradley Young Entertainment staff, working smoothly with The Standard Club’s staff, and

Party Planning Virtuoso Randy Schuster’s team, accomplished the full reset of the Reception Room, during the cocktail hour.

The room looked simply AMAZING in beautiful spring colors courtesy of RONSLEY, with elegant floral work and special

custom sheer draping providing a distinguished and romantic ambiance.

The Bradley Young Orchestra rocked the house as the guests came back into the room for dinner and dancing.

The bride and groom entered the room and went right into their first dance, L O V E by Michael Buble.

They looked absolutely wonderful! Apparently, they worked hard on their choreography, and it SHOWED!

Everyone loved it, and soon they were surrounded on the dance floor by their loved ones and guests for a thrilling dance set!

Then, it was time for a sublime dinner courtesy of The Standard Club’s incomparable  chef and staff!

Throughout the dinner, The Orchestra played upbeat favorites by Sinatra, The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Al Jarreau ,

as well as some of Bradley’s original compositions from his CD “ Midnight Rhapsody”.

Light, Up Tempo dance sets were played between courses, encouraging guests to get up and GET INO THE GROOVE

instead of feeling glued to their chairs. ( This presentation, sometimes called NEW YORK STYLE, is fun and fabulous, and

provides a very interactive experience for the guests). Everyone LOVED IT!

After dinner, the Bradley Young Orchestra did a quick change of mood, and transformed into HOUSE OF RHYTHM,

with hip attire and club like lighting, and ROCKED THE NIGHT AWAY with our

AMAZING MIX of R&B, MOTOWN, 70s, 80s,90s, and contemporary TOP 40 HITS by artists like BEYONCE,  JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE,

THE BLACK EYED PEAS, KATIE PERRY, and LADY GAGA.

THIS WAS A TRULY SPECTACULAR CHICAGO WEDDING RECEPTION! Congratulations to Bryce and Evan!
