KELLY & MIKE . . . THE UNIVERSITY CLUB . . .AN AWESOME CHICAGO WEDDING

This was a truly unbelievably extravagant Chicago Wedding at the famous University Club in Downtown Chicago.

From our very first conversation, I knew that the bride and groom were determined to create a singular experience for their guests!

The extraordinarily talented event designer Rachel Bradley guided the couple throughout their decision making process.


Brilliant vendors were engaged, such as the amazingly gifted florist, Richard Remiard, who transformed the Michigan Room into a contemporary European dance club.

The entire room was swathed in sheer fabric, and beautifully up lit. It reminded me of the Hotel Delano in South Beach…absolutely stunning!

The dinner was held in the Cathedral Hall on the 9th floor, and looked like something out of a fairy tale, from the era of King Arthur.

The Bradley Young Orchestra, featuring The Monte Carlo Strings, played superbly nuanced music throughout the sumptuous five course meal.

As an added feature, the sultry and soulful vocalist Charlene Brooks sang torch songs, jazz standards, and French Love Songs!

After dinner, Cirque De Soleil inspired dancers created visual excitement to herald the beginning of dancing, and

we brought the guests into the Michigan Room to the spectacular sound of Bradley Young’s House Of Rhythm,

featuring our powerful horn section, and spectacular vocalists Nanette Frank, Pam Bradley, Eddie Victorian, and Byron Woods!

The bride and groom were introduced, and began the festivities with their bridal dance,  “ Glitter In The Air” by Pink. Then,

the Bradley Young Orchestra rocked the house until 2:00 am, playing our incomparable mix of swing, R&B classics,

Motown, Rock n’Roll, Disco, Funk, Alternative, 80s and 90s, Contemporary Club Grooves and Top 40 dance hits by artists like Lady Gaga, Beyonce,  and Black Eyed Peas!

This was a truly one of a kind Chicago Wedding Celebration. It was our honor to be there to help create an incredibly high energy party experience for the bride and groom and their guests!
